1. Overview

The C Experience provides a private travel concierge service designing bespoke itineraries and coordinating travel components end-to-end, including (as applicable): private charters, luxury transfers, curated stays, insider access, celebrations, luxury cars, and hosted/group journeys (“Forum Trips”).

2. Our Service Categories

We may provide or arrange:

  • Bespoke Itineraries & Experiences (custom trips, milestones, retreats, proposals)
  • End-to-End Concierge (planning + coordination across travel components)
  • Private Charters (air/land/sea)
  • Luxury Cars & Chauffeurs
  • Insider Access (restaurants, events, nightlife access where lawful and available)
  • Forum Trips (hand-picked hosted group journeys)

3. Process

  1. Enquiry / Discovery: You share destinations, dates, budget range, preferences, and traveller details.
  2. Concept & Proposal: We share a proposed itinerary and estimated costs.
  3. Quote & Confirmation: We confirm availability and total price (including Supplier terms).
  4. Payment & Booking: Deposits/full payment collected and bookings made.
  5. Pre-Trip Concierge: Reservations, confirmations, documents, and final itinerary shared.
  6. Trip Support: Assistance during travel (scope depends on your selected package).

4. Pricing Principles (No Fixed Price)

Because each trip is custom, we do not offer a single fixed rate. Your total may include:

  • Supplier costs (flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, permits, guides)
  • Taxes, local fees, gratuities (where applicable), currency conversion impacts
  • Our planning/concierge/service fee (if applicable)
    We will disclose what’s included in your quote and what is excluded.

5. Availability, Substitutions & Standards

All bookings are subject to availability. If an experience or property becomes unavailable, we may propose alternatives of similar value, subject to price differences and your approval.

6. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate traveller information and communicate constraints (medical, dietary, mobility, allergies). We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
