1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services (including submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or making a booking through us), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Who We Are & What We Do
The C Experience is a private travel concierge / travel agency curating bespoke, luxury and unique travel experiences, including (without limitation) private charters, end-to-end concierge, celebrations, insider access, luxury vehicles, and hosted/group journeys (“Forum Trips”). C Experience
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you are acting on behalf of a company or group, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity and all travellers in your party to these Terms.
4. Website Use
- Website content is for general information and may change without notice.
- You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content).
5. Quotes, Custom Pricing & Availability
- No fixed pricing: Because our itineraries are tailor-made, pricing depends on your preferences and real-time availability (flights, hotels, experiences, transfers, etc.).
- Any quote we provide is an estimate or offer valid only for the time stated (or, if unstated, for a reasonable period) and may change due to supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, taxes, or availability.
6. Bookings & Third-Party Suppliers
- Supplier terms (including cancellation/change rules) apply in addition to these Terms.
- Where we act as an intermediary, the contract for the travel component may be between you and the Supplier, and your remedies may lie against the Supplier.
We may arrange travel products and services supplied by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, experience providers) (“Suppliers”).
7. Payments, Deposits & Confirmations
- Bookings may require full payment or deposits by specific deadlines.
- We will confirm your booking once we receive required funds and the Supplier confirms availability.
- If a payment is late, Suppliers may cancel or reprice services, and you may be liable for resulting costs.
8. Changes Requested by You
If you request changes (dates, names, routes, upgrades, experiences), additional charges may apply, including Supplier reissue/rebooking fees, fare differences, and our service/handling time where applicable.
9. Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accurate traveller details (names as on passport, DOB, etc.)
- Passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance, medical fitness, and compliance with laws at destinations
- Re-confirming flight times and following airline/airport rules
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by you or your travellers.
10. Travel Risks & Force Majeure
Travel involves risks (delays, cancellations, weather, strikes, political events, health outbreaks, etc.). We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, refunds/credits depend on Supplier policies.
11. Our Role, Liability & Disclaimers
- We aim to curate and coordinate exceptional experiences, but we do not control Supplier operations.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for Supplier acts/omissions, service failures, or indirect/consequential losses (loss of enjoyment, profits, business interruption).
- Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the service fees paid directly to us for the relevant booking (excluding amounts paid to Suppliers), unless law requires otherwise.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
13. Intellectual Property
Website text, images, branding, itineraries, and proposal documents are our intellectual property (or used with permission). You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written consent.
14. Communications
By contacting us or submitting an enquiry, you consent to receive communications related to your request (email/phone/WhatsApp). Marketing messages (if any) will follow applicable law and you can opt out.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
